*(Payout for Pickups is based on having a Minimum of 8 Pickup Entrys. Payout may be Adjusted based on # of Entrys.)

General Info

There will be a limit of 42 Full size Cars and 16 Pickups. It is recommended that you mail in your Entry and fees to guarantee your spot.

Due to limited space in the pits, Each entry/Car is limited to one support vehicle.

Hat drawing at the Driver’s Meeting will determine your heat #.

All Participants will receive a free lunch, (Hot Dog or Polish Dog, Chips and Soda/Water) From 12pm - 3pm, As our way of showing Thanks for Participation.

Derby Day Schedule

Do Not arrive before 9:30 or you you will be asked to leave and return at 9:30

10:00am to 2:00pm Registration and Car Inspections. (Absolutely no Entry’s/Cars will be accepted after 2:00pm. Don’t be late.)

3:00pm Drivers meeting

3:30pm Parade Lap

4:00pm Official Start of the Derby
